Machine Structure: The main castings of the machine are meticulously crafted from high-grade cast iron and undergo a specialized annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress. This process ensures unparalleled precision, exceptional rigidity, and significantly extends the machine's lifespan. Slide Way: The machine features double V slide ways on both the left-right and front, coated with wear-resistant resin TURCITE-B, and precision hand-scraped for smooth operation. This setup offers superb sliding performance and outstanding wear resistance, making it ideal for precise forming and grinding tasks.
Cylindrical Straight Spindle: Our machine is equipped with a P4 ultra-precision angular roller bearing, which guarantees low noise levels, minimal vibration, and robust torque even at high speeds. This makes it perfectly suited for heavy-duty cutting and a variety of forming grinding operations.
Automatic Lubrication System: The machine boasts a state-of-the-art circulating automatic lubrication system. Additionally, an oil mirror located above the column allows for easy monitoring of the lubrication status.
