Product Introduction
The turret milling machine, also known as a rocker arm milling machine or universal milling machine, boasts a compact structure and small size, coupled with exceptional flexibility. The milling head can swivel 90 degrees horizontally and rotate 45 degrees front to back. Additionally, the rocker arm is capable of telescoping and rotating 360 degrees in the horizontal plane, significantly enhancing the machine tool's effective working range.
Construction
Crafted from premium-grade cast iron, the body of the universal radial milling machine ensures high precision and longevity, thanks to artificial aging treatment. The rectangular guide rails on the lifting platform offer multiple contact surfaces and robust feet. Post high-frequency treatment and fine grinding, the slides are plastinated, providing excellent motion accuracy and extended life. The spindle is made from chrome-molybdenum alloy, with precision angular contact bearings. Following tempering and fine grinding, it exhibits strong cutting force and high precision.
