Mechanical Properties
Machine Structure: The primary castings of the machine are crafted from premium-grade cast iron. These undergo thorough annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring top-notch precision, unmatched rigidity, and prolonged machine life. Slide Way: The machine features left, right, and front double V slide ways embedded with wear-resistant resin TURCITE-B and precision hand-scraped. This design ensures not only smooth, wear-resistant sliding but also optimal suitability for both forming and grinding applications.
Cylindrical Straight Spindle: Our machine incorporates P4 ultra-precision angular contact roller bearings. These bearings offer low noise, no vibration, and high torque even under high-speed rotations, making them ideal for heavy cutting and various forming grinding operations.
Automatic Lubrication System: The machine is equipped with a circulating automatic lubrication system. As soon as the main spindle starts, the lubricating oil begins circulating automatically, providing forced lubrication to each screw and slide. This significantly reduces slide wear. An oil mirror installed above the column allows for easy monitoring of the lubrication status.
